To make sure you’ll get the most out of your one-to-one meetings, we’ll share your answer to “what question would you like to be asked at the conference” with the person who will meet you.
After the conference your personal information will be made available to all relevant business partner. Your email address will only be made available to the business partners you have had one-to-one meetings with. End Users Attend Free of Charge
Participation in this conference costs €645 (excluding VAT). Senior professionals working for end-user organisations can attend the conference free of charge when they meet certain criteria:
During the conference, a free lunch is served. You will have to pay for parking yourself.
Suppliers are Charged an Admission Fee
Employees of suppliers, consultants, PR / advertising agencies and recruitment- & selection agencies or independent consultants in the field of conferences and / or related areas can only participate in the conference by paying the admission fee of €645.00 (excl. VAT) per person. This amount includes documentation, refreshments and lunch. We will send you an invoice after receiving your application. The admission fee must be paid within 14 days of the due date and always before the start of the conference.
Press Attends Free of Charge
Only press (journalists) of relevant media, for Heliview or the Event, may participate in this event free of charge. If you are eligible for free participation in this event, you are excluded from participating in the one-to-one meetings with our business partners.
If you meet the conditions, you can only participate free of charge when you have registered early. When you register on the day of the conference, you can only register as a paying participants, which costs €645.00 (excluding VAT).
As soon as you have registered for the conference, costs will immediately be incurred by us. Therefore we handle the following cancellation terms:
Participating free of charge:
Cancelling is completely free of charge up to 14 days before the conference. If you cancel within 14 days of the conference or if you are not present at the conference, we will charge you a small fee of €99.00 (excl. VAT) for the costs incurred. Replacement by a colleague is allowed, provided that this colleague has a similar function. This condition does not apply to the press.
Cancelling is completely free of charge up to 14 days before the conference. In this case you will receive a credit invoice for our invoiced €645.00. If you cancel within 14 days of the conference or if you are not present on the day of the conference , we will charge you a fee of €99.00 as compensation for the costs incurred. In this case you will receive a credit invoice of € 546. Replacement by a colleague is always allowed. All mentioned amounts are excluding VAT.

When your application is approved we will send you your admission ticket and the travel directions to the location of the conference. When you sign up a few days before the conference, you will receive your ticket and travel directions by e-mail at least one day before the conference.
